DescriptionA medicinal herbal base Maryland Company is currently looking for a Physician/Patient Liaison to volunteer 10 to 20 hours per week remotely or on the premise. This is an excellent position for individual looking to gain experience for resume building. The position is responsible for selling, developing internal/external relationships, and providing us sales, & clinical teams with leadership, direction, and communication for designated customers by performing the following duties.
Manage Client Accounts in designated Territory
Will meet targeted Sale Quotas on a monthly basis
Understands customers needs to generate a healthy partnership with company
Implement processes and activities to achieve the company’s goals.
Will work with Director, Physicians, and Practice Manager to build/ develop the relationship new/existing customers.
Cold calling physicians’ offices to develop physician database
Going to physicians’ offices to market products
Create/ Update Customer Data Base
Conducting and organizing meet and greet meetings for patients
Running support group for patients
Maintain high knowledge level of services and programs that would benefit client base
Able to Communicate effectively in all formats
Develop relations with professional organizations.
Participation in community events
Knowledgeable about web design and designing marketing material

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Effective time management and organization skills and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast paced environment
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• Applicants should have excellent PC skills
Second, Third or Fourth year college students in any major put specifically in Communication, PR, English, Web Development, Web Design and other majors welcome.
Strong personal computer skills and familiarity with Windows-based software (including Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, some web develop software such as WordPress and Internet browsers).
