DescriptionCampfire Management is looking for young, energetic interns to join our Talent Management team for the Spring 2014 Semester. We need our interns to be ready to do "real work". Although grabbing a cup of coffee and making a copy here and there may be needed that is not why we are seeking help. We need our interns to help manage projects, conduct market research , manage social media/online databases. Someone with an interest in managing talent is a must. ResponsibilitiesAssist Management Team with day to day activities such as event scheduling, tour/show research, replying to/drafting emails etc.
Assist in identifying potential business opportunities.
Monitor news and developments relating to, or impacting, key clients/prospects.
Set up meetings including conference lines/ video conferences.
Fairly open schedule
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office( Mac OS is a plus)
Knowledge of the Music Industry
A positive attitude with good organizational, presentation and writing skills
Ability to communicate at all levels with internal/external clients by phone, email and face to face.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and collaborate effectively as a team member.
MUST POSSESS a growing love for all genres of music
