Description

Owned and operated by two time Grammy Award-winning producer, Dennis Herring (Modest Mouse, Elvis Costello, Wavves, Counting Crows), DTLA Recording opened its doors in early 2014, and we are currently on the hunt for hard-working audio engineering students interested in a three month, full or part-time internship.

Our projects range in all genres, from independent to major label artists, and the studio is equipped with top-notch gear- an early 70's Neve console, an extensive mic collection, racks of vintage Neve, Fairchild, and Universal Audio equipment, as well as an assortment of classic amps, guitars, and keyboards.

This is a very hands-on internship with responsibilities ranging from audio editing and microphone setup to general studio maintenance and errand running. Perfect for someone looking to build a resume with real studio experience while observing top-level professionals in the industry.
