-Intern will conduct research on the music industry on a wide range of topics on a weekly basis. In addition, intern will help with song registration; publishing (ASCAP), iTunes, Spotify, CDbaby, etc.
-Intern will work within a team environment with other college interns from around the country.

Responsibilities-This internship is a non-paying, 'Virtual' internship position.
-We will coordinate with your university advisors such that you can receive credit for the internship, if you so desire.
Our internships align with NACE internship recommended standards.
-The experience must be an extension of the classroom: a learning experience that provides for applying the knowledge gained in the classroom.
-It must not be simply to advance the operations of the employer or be the work that a regular employee would routinely perform.
-The skills or knowledge learned must be transferable to other employment settings.
-The experience has a defined beginning and end, and a job description with desired qualifications.
-There are clearly defined learning objectives/goals related to the professional goals of the student’s academic coursework.
-There is supervision by a professional with expertise and educational and/or professional background in the field of the experience.
-There is routine feedback by the experienced supervisor.
-There are resources, equipment, and facilities provided by the host employer that support learning objectives/goals.
Requirements-Internship is for 2016 - 2017 school year.
-Intern will attend two weekly video conference calls (Tuesdays 6:30-7:30 pm EST and Wednesdays 6:00 - 8:00 pm EST) with other Interns, Regional Managers and AVPs. Calls conducted by the CEO of HRW Music Group allowing interns rare opportunity to participate in the inner-working of a record label.
-Intern may be required to attend additional weekly meeting from time-to-time.
-Must be able to complete assignments on a timely basis
-We reduce work-load around mid-term and finals weeks
