DescriptionCareBOX Program is a start-up nonprofit providing free care supplies to cancer patients to help prevent malnutrition, infections, and injuries from falls.
As a Business Intern, you will work directly with the ED of Affect Change, Inc. in expansion of the CareBOX Program. No coffee making. You will have a huge hand in advertising, marketing, brand development, and distribution.
ResponsibilitiesAs an intern you will be responsible for taking on various projects. As a new non-profit, we have a very team oriented mentality. Each intern will have their own specific projects, and will work together to help keep the organization moving in the right direction. Various tasks include placing orders, using excel spreadsheets, developing and implementing an inventory process, coordinating events, and working booths at various events.
RequirementsApplicant must be either currently working towards a degree or have a bachelors.
We are looking for interns who are passionate, dedicated, hard working, creative and entrepreneurially minded.
Being a detail oriented self starter is a plus. CareBOX Program is a fast paced environment with lots of opportunities to learn and master various skills.
