DescriptionThe Humane League frequently hosts interns for periods of one to six months. Interning with the Humane League is a great way to gain valuable job experience in the non-profit field while at the same time helping to create a more compassionate world for animals.

ResponsibilitiesAs an intern, you will be involved in a wide variety of projects, including:
-Networking with major players in the animal protection movement
-Raising awareness by leafleting and tabling at festivals and concert venues
-Helping us prepare TV programming
-Distributing animal advocacy magazines around the city
-Securing media coverage
-Working with restaurants and cafes to implement new vegan items on the menu
-Organizing and attending a diverse array of fundraising events
