DescriptionThe New Sector Summer Fellowship program is an intensive, 11-week fellowship
program for undergraduate juniors and seniors, recent college graduates, and Master’s degree candidates interested in careers in Social Impact.
Fellows are selected from a highly competitive pool to serve full-time with Boston, San Francisco and Chicago nonprofit and community organizations to help enable them to more effectively achieve their missions, while receiving training and support through our Social Impact Leadership Curriculum.
The Senior Summer Fellows are Master’s degree candidates who have completed at least one year of study, and have at least 2 years of post-college work experience. In addition to regular program activities Senior Fellows facilitate and mentor 4-6 Fellows throughout the program, participate in discussion groups with other Senior Fellows and facilitate case discussions training activities for the entire Summer Fellow cohort.
Each Senior Fellow is matched with an individual mentor who provides support for host site projects, professional development and career planning. Mentors include management consultants and nonprofit leaders.
Start and End Dates: June 2, 2014 - August 15, 2014 or June 16, 2014 - August 29, 2014

Salary: $6,000 stipend over 11 weeks
