ColorCancer is an Austin-based non-profit providing free at-home care supplies to cancer patients in need through the CareBOX Program. combines the power of crowd-funding with the simplicity of a registry to get essential care supplies delivered directly to the door of a cancer patient in need.

As a Program Intern, you will work directly with the Communications and Program Director to assist in operation of CareBOX Program. Coordinating with Oncology staff, patients and Logisitics Intern to ensure smooth operation of the process.

This is a hands on internship position and you will have the opportunity to work in specific areas that interest you!


Interns will be responsible for working on various ColorCancer projects. As a new non-profit, we operate with a team-oriented mentality. Each intern will have his/her own projects and tasks, and will work with staff and other interns to help keep the organization moving in the right direction.


ColorCancer is a fast-paced environment with endless opportunities to learn and master real world skills. Applicants MUST be detail-oriented and a self-starter. We are a small, passionate team and everyone here has a can-do, how can I help attitude - you must have that too! We are looking for interns who are passionate, dedicated, hard-working, creative, and entrepreneurial-minded. Applicants must be currently working towards a degree or have received a bachelor's degree. Applicants must be experienced with Microsoft Office programs.
