DescriptionCentral Mass Grown (CMG) is a new initiative, born out of the need to highlight the farms of Central Massachusetts. Our organization’s mission is to promote the purchase of local agricultural products and to foster the education about its benefits to health, communities, the economy, and the environment.
Central Mass Grown is in need of support to administer the activities of this new non-profit. Tasks include: recruiting new members; distributing market-demand research; developing farm member profiles; representing and promoting the organization and its members at agricultural events; assisting in producing video tours of member farms and restaurants; event planning; member promotion on social media formats; updating member listings; and more.
ResponsibilitiesInterns will be required to attend Office hours one day a week for the first couple of weeks. After that, interns will be able to connect remotely to their Office computer through their own laptop or computer.
