Children’s Bureau (www.all4kids.org), a 112-year-old nonprofit leader in the prevention and treatment of child abuse and neglect, is looking for a Development Operations intern. The Development Operations intern will work directly with the Development Operations Manager to provide Raiser’s Edge database support and general operations support to the Development department.

Commitment: Fall 2016 - Spring 2017

Hours:
10 – 15 hours per week as workload necessitates.

Development Operations Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Assist with maintaining Raiser’s Edge database, including updating records, database clean-up, etcetera
2. Assist with processing donations, including entering gifts, creating acknowledgment letters, etcetera
3. Assist with managing Constant Contact
4. Assist with Special Events, including registration, budgets, day-of duties, etcetera
5. Performs other related duties as assigned

 Celebrity Chefs & Wine Tasting
 The Angelic Auxiliary’s Carnival at the Pier
 Vice Chairmen’s Golf Event
 President’s Invitational Golf Tournament
 Orange County Clambake
 Annual Celebration of Directors and Trustees

Requirements

Position Requirements:
 Experience with Microsoft Excel and Raiser’s Edge is a plus (if no Raiser’s Edge experience, an interest in Raiser’s Edge)
 Detailed oriented work style with an openness to learn
 Excellent oral and written communication skills
 Strong organizational skills and professional demeanor
 Positive attitude and thrives in a team environment
