The Mission Outpost Internship Program is a one or two-year intensive leadership, spiritual growth, theological training, and ministry skill development experience at the Vineyard Church of Ann Arbor. As an intern, you will be given the opportunity to learn from experienced and creative pastors and leaders who have a successful track record in ministry and church service. You will have the opportunity to develop yourself as a leader, expand your theological education and understanding, deepen your values, sharpen your skills, and plan for the launch of your destiny. Everything about the program is designed to give the participant the very best chance for success in life, ministry, and calling.

20 hour per week internship
Monthly stipend
Host home housing
Supplemental transportation
8 real-life ministry practicums

The program is designed for potential candidates interested in a summer, 6, 12, or 24-month internship. The regular program is scheduled to begin September 1, 2015 and will consist of 3-7 qualified candidates. During your time here, each participant will get to taste how ministry is organized and run in most of our departments (e.g. Small Groups, Single Moms, Homeless, Children's and Youth Ministries, Evangelism, etc.).

The participant will interact with key pastors, directors, and leaders and will have significant opportunities to engage in doing ministry at the Vineyard.
The participant will have the opportunity to take a preaching and leadership class with our teaching team.
The participant will have real-life ministry experience working with mentors on up to eight practicums over the course of the internship.
