DescriptionThe Episcopal House is a 501(c)(3) non profit organization, is a 19 story, 210 unit apartment complex that provides independent housing and support services for low income senior citizens. Its mission is to create a healthy and safe environment in which low income senior citizens can live independently with dignity. We are located at 1440 W. Walnut St. Allentown, Pa 18102
The position is to assist the Executive Director and Social Worker in developing a comprehensive marketing and communications plan to promote the building's capital campaign.
ResponsibilitiesAssist the Executive director with developing a social media/marketing plan to promote a capital building campaign.
Research and develop content for crowd funding sites.
Assist with grant applications - research, writing and editing.
Review current brochures and literature.
RequirementsWe are looking for someone with strong writing and editing skills to assist with developing a social media presence.
SkillsRequired - Microsoft Word, Microsoft Access, Oral Communications, Writing and Editing, Social Media Development, Communication Strategy
