About the Connecticut Association for the Gifted (CAG)

The Connecticut Association for the Gifted, founded in 1969, is the pre-eminent parent, teacher, and school resource and legislative advocate for Connecticut's gifted and talented students. CAG provides parents with information and resources to benefit their talented children, educators with high quality professional development, and Boards of Education with the tools to support talented students. Our highly acclaimed Minds in Motion™ programs engage hundreds of Connecticut students in high interest, interactive courses which stimulate learning. Requirements

Looking for an interesting summer project? We will work with you to design a rewarding project that excites you and meets your interests. Projects may involve social media, designing landing pages, creating a video, investigating fund raising opportunities, communications, technology, and more. The internship is designed for college students who can work independently on a number of business projects. Time commitment is flexible. This internship is designed to be a fun, interactive, and hands on volunteer learning experience. The selected students will have high academic achievement, excellent communication skills, creativity and the ability to work unsupervised.
