DescriptionCompassion Without Borders (CWB) is a nonprofit organization that helps the people of the Himalayan country of Nepal. While CWB focuses primarily on the children of Nepal, we help all those in need of our love and compassion.
On April 25, 2015 the Himalayan country of Nepal was struck by a 7.8 earthquake. More than 10,000 Nepali's died. Over 100,000 homes were destroyed resulting in several hundred thousand left homeless, including children. CWB is currently focusing on disaster relief following the quakes. Winter approaches and people are still living in tents. We need to act quickly to help the lives of these wonderful people.
We are looking for someone to coordinate a fundraiser to help raise funds for those who were affected by the earthquake. The ideal candidate would be someone who has previously worked with non-profits, and is able to coordinate a successful event.
