DescriptionWe are a Non-profit 501(c3) organization, geared toward helping kids gain College scholarships through sports. Our main focus is showing inner city youth the way to use sports as a vehicle to obtain a College degree. We travel around the country, not only exposing them to competitive sports, but to different cultures and ways of life.
We are seeking interns to assist in researching potential Grants for our program. Compensation is based on actual paid acquired Grants. Intern will received 10% of all obtained Grants based on their work.
ResponsibilitiesMust be available to work a minimum of 20 hours a week. Must be able to work with limited supervision and have the ability to follow simple instructions.
RequirementsIntern will be expected to research potential sponsors both Nationally and International. Also must provide a list of potential sponsors to the Executive Officer on a weekly basis and Intern will be required to compose a sponsorship letter to be forwarded to all potential sponsors. Finally, Intern will be responsible for email and telephone correspondence with potential grantors.
