DescriptionLandless Family Fund is a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization in Washington State since August 2014. Our mission is to empower desperate poor rural landless families in poor countries, to help themselves to access agricultural land, use it productively to eradicate hunger, achieve food security, end poverty entrapment, build a sustainable livelihood and end landlessness. The program model at Landless Family Fund is designed with a holistic approach to sustainably tackle problems of landlessness in partnership with local Christian churches and community based organizations. Our model is not about handouts; it is about providing opportunities to desperate poor landless families through training and agricultural projects, where we partner with them on their journey towards food security and secured-land ownership. Participants in our program receive access to agricultural land, seeds, and fertilizer on interest-free credit, free financial education, farming skills, and help with access to the market during post-harvest seasons. Our ultimate goal is to eradicate landlessness in poor communities of poor countries.
