DescriptionThe World is Fun (TWIF) is a Seattle based charitable social club that is focused on connecting Seattleites with the nonprofits that need their support in a fun and engaging way. Our organization creates group volunteer opportunities, unique fundraising events and engaging ways for communities to connect.
TWIF operates entirely on volunteer power. Each of our volunteer staff members agrees to 10-15 flexible hours per month which makes our events, programs and volunteer core of over 2500 people possible.

We’re looking for a talented and driven Graphic Designer to join our volunteer staff at The World is Fun! Reporting to and in partnership with the Creative Director (Director) the Graphic Designer will create and update physical and online materials for showcasing The World is Fun's identity and the organization's programs, projects, and events.
• Design and update materials such as the brochure, newsletter, monthly updates, flyers, banners, posters, invitations, calendars, etc.
• Work with the website developer and website manager on the layout of the website when necessary
Desired Skills and Abilities
• Advanced and in-depth knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign
• Pays great attention to detail
• Ability to meet deadlines
• Ability to work on more than one project at a time
• Ability to accept and respond to feedback
This position is a regular weekly volunteer position that is on-site every Monday evening from 6-8pm during our weekly Open Office Hours while our other volunteer staff teams are in house. The monthly commitment is 8-10 hours per month for a minimum of one year.
This is a volunteer position. There will be no financial compensation. Our organization is 100% volunteer run.
