DescriptionThe National Black MBA Association, Boston Chapter is a non-profit organization of minority MBA graduates and students, diverse business professionals, accomplished entrepreneurs and community leaders. We are proudly a part of a national network of over 45 chapters.
We are currently accepting applications for 2 Graphic designer interns within our Marketing Division. Interns will be working in small teams, closely supervised by seasoned professionals within Boston’s leading corporations to execute on the following strategic goals:
*Increase Social Media presence
*Develop your skills and beef-up your resume
*2,000+ minority professionals and employers will view your work
*You will be publicly credited with the work you assist with - boosting your online portfolio that you can use to market yourself to prospective employers or clients.
*Our membership includes middle managers and senior professionals from the most prominent employers around the Boston area. This would be a perfect opportunity for you to showcase your skill-set and work ethic to your future employers.
*Monthly networking opportunities, through which you can seek professional guidance or leverage the contacts in whatever ways most pertinent to your circumstances.
Design relevant artwork to promote the chapter, its members and events
Flyers, business cards, etc.
Artwork for new material on website
Familiarity with a graphics package
Artistically inclined and demonstrates initiative
Willing to experiment with different designs for maximum effectiveness. Accepts feedback constructively
Collaborative work ethic
