We are looking for enthusiastic, mature, intelligent, creative and out-going people to assist in our Membership Department.

Responsibilities

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Position acts as front-line representative of YMCA.
Ability to conduct tours, sell memberships & programs.
Ability to communicate effectively in person & on the telephone.
Position requires ability to do word processing, data entry, and filing.
Demonstrate the values of caring, respect, honesty and responsibility in all dealings with members, guests, volunteers, and fellow staff.
Ability to respond to member concerns, control access to facility, and answer inquiries.



Requirements

Education: High school diploma (or equivalent) and working toward degree in a related field. (examples: marketing, communications, business majors)
Experience in customer service and general office skills.
Must be willing to work evenings and weekends
Creativity, initiative, flexibility, and eagerness to seek out & involve others are essential.
