DescriptionNJPAC Internship Program provides opportunities for college students to develop essential skills by studying, observing, and working alongside the brightest and best professionals in the industry. Interns are sought after for an assortment of functions and can and can benefit from learning beyond the classroom when they gain hands-on experience for real world projects and challenges in a work environment.
Internships are unpaid and students must be in a program that awards college credit for an internship. Our internships are flexible and designed to incorporate the goals and objectives of the college program as well as NJPAC's needs. Interns should expect to spend at least 5-15 hours per week during the semester.
NJPAC welcomes internships as appropriate in the following departments:
• Arts Education
• Community Engagement
• Women’s Association
