Description

Operation American Solider is a non-profit organization that sends care packages to our U.S. troops whom are deployed overseas. Our mission is that "no soldier walks away from mail call empty handed." We are a military family who recognized that some of our troops receive nothing at mail call. They need to know that we care for and honor them. We need an office assistant that can assist with all tasks involved in receiving donations, organizing our stock room, care packing, organizing- reading and responding to emails, scheduling, etc.

Responsibilities

- Organize scheduling
- Handling inquires, emails, calls, etc.
-Collect donations, assist with stock room, loading/unloading packages
-Coordinate fundraising activities
-Day to day task

Requirements

- Understand cost-reduction principles and how to implement goals
- Possess skills at assessing issues, defining solutions, and implementing strategy
- Perform well in environment that values leadership, efficiency, dependability, and organization

Skills

Preferred - Administrative Organization, Able To Multi-task, Attention To Detail
