DescriptionJulie Blair Ministries is a Dallas based ministry that helps people heal and be restored through forgiveness in Christ. Through television and radio programs 'Living in Forgiveness' our audience reach is about 3 Billion daily. “Living in Forgiveness” television reaches the US and “Living in Forgiveness” radio is broadcast daily in the US, UK, Pakistan, Nigeria, Australia and India.
What we need is someone with a heart for ministry with Christian beliefs and values first and foremost. We are looking for a social media intern who will broaden our reach in all social media platforms to win more souls for Christ. The topic and content will be provided although you will have freedom and creativity in how to share the messages beyond that.
In my perfect world what I want is someone who:
1- Brings a positive attitude
2- Desires to grow and learn
3- is tech savvy and familiar with all the social media platforms Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Pinterest, YouTube, periscope, Godtube, etc. and how to leverage them.
4- Uses his/her God given creativity that will expand the message of forgiveness.
5- Will attend bi-weekly tapings of ‘Living in Forgiveness’ to create video for social media marketing purposes.
6- Ensure that daily posts are submitted to social media platforms by Sunday of previous week.
7- Has some graphic design skills
8- Has excellent speaking and writing skills
9- Pays attention to detail
10- Is consistent and manages time appropriately.
11- Lives in Dallas
12- Willing to participate in weekly conference calls.

ResponsibilitiesEnsure daily posts are scheduled by Sundays
Monitor feedback of responses through the various platforms
Create relevant content in creative ways for delivery.
Stay current with social media trends and practices
Track analytics of social media sites
Participate in brainstorming sessions
Attend taping of ‘Living in Forgiveness’
Develop marketing campaigns for ‘Living in Forgiveness’ tv and radio programs
Manage profiles and pages of social media accounts
Upload videos and messages
Share weekly findings with team
Develop strategies to increase website traffic
Find and create stories about forgiveness and creatively deliver them using the various social media platforms.

Experienced with social media, including Facebook, Twitter, Periscope, Blab, Youtube, Godtube, Vimeo, LinkedIn, etc.
Committed to excellence
Is creative and thinks outside the box (that doesn't exist)
Written and verbal communication skills
Available for a minimum of 3 months

Research stories to share about forgiveness and family restoration
Enrolled or completed degree in marketing/communications/ media/ministry
Ability to recognize and adapt to social media trends in ministry
Capable of developing and executing weekly social media schedule based on peak times and click through rates
Outstanding deadline management skills
Ability to organize and prioritize
Develop and execute a consistent social media schedule Mondays through Friday
Research and implement keys points of successful social media campaigns from similar ministries
Able to work in a fast-paced environment
Available 10-15 hours per week
