DescriptionHeroSearch.org is a non-profit website that connects charities who need specific items to people with items they no longer need. The position is work-from-home with very flexible hours. The intern would be responsible for maintaining the organization’s existing social media accounts as well as creating new accounts for any compatible platforms. Content would include stories about how charities use donated items, unusual items to donate, and how to reuse or dispose of items that are difficult to donate. The social media outreach is vital to bringing new charities and donors to the site. The position is unpaid and can continue indefinitely if desired.
