United Way of the Brazos Valley offers a great opportunity for current students to build their skills and gain valuable career experience while serving the community. United Way is committed to strengthening our community through meaningful and measurable improvement in Education, Financial stability and Health.

Benefits of the Internship Cohort Program include:

Interns provide 15 hours per week during regular business hours. Scheduling can be flexible around the intern’s school schedule. Interns may be asked to work independently or in a team to accomplish their learning objectives. Coaching and feedback will be provided on-the-job and performance evaluation will be conducted at the completion of the internship.

Applicant qualifications include:

Able to commit 15 hours per week within our business hours Monday - Friday from 8:30am to 5:00pm during the academic semester

Minimum 3.0 GPA in your field of study

Completed at least 30 credit hours of college coursework


Required - Basic Computer Skills, Communication Skills, Committed to Professionalism
