The mission of Historic Bethlehem Museums and Sites is to bring history to life by educating the public about Bethlehem’s rich heritage, by preserving historic sites and by collecting, preserving and exhibiting historical and artistic objects that can be used to tell the stories of Bethlehem’s people.

The visitor experience and volunteer management intern is responsible for aiding in outreach and programming initiatives, as well as recruiting and organizing volunteers for various events, clean-up projects, and museum operations. Skills learned include event planning, enrichment program development, and volunteer management. A successful applicant in this position will have excellent customer service and communication skills. The opportunity to organize and manage volunteers for a large event is available during each semester.
