We are in need of Interns to assist in fundraising for events to support cancer and alopecia research. This is an unpaid, part-time, flexible position with remote location option available. We are in need of take-charge, organized professional individuals to support a dynamic organization dedicated to beautifying the lives of individuals fighting cancer and alopecia. Events include NY Fashion Week fundraising event as well as forums and seminars in different cities across the US. The right individuals will have an opportunity to work closely with the founder of the organization.


Securing donations for events, enter & update data, mail merge, create letters, labels, spreadsheets, forms and content for newsletters, and social media.
Provide event assistance to team with preparation of materials, updating databases & reporting.
Participate in the execution of major fundraising programs.
Assist with upkeep of confidential databases, files, forms, and other duties as needed.
Participate in the application for local foundations and grants.
Perform other duties as needed to accomplish administrative, fundraising and goals.

Prioritizes internal and external interactions and responds appropriately.
Computer Skills: Advanced level proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and Google Docs, ability to learn and adapt to new technologies.
Detail minded: Demonstrate accuracy and thoroughness; monitor own work to ensure quality and organization. Strong attention to detail while multitasking.
Flexibility: Able to multitask in a changing work environment. Manage competing demands and unexpected events. Willing to change approach to best fit the situation.
Dependability: Follows instructions, takes responsibility for own actions; keeps commitments.
