The Keep On Keeping On Foundation is seeking creative young professionals to join the KOKO Internship Team as a website developer and manager to optimize and enhance our current website: www.teamkoko.org. This position requires a keen attention to detail, web development experience, and a positive “can- do” attitude! This is your chance to work in conjunction with a growing nonprofit on a successful capital campaign while helping out an important cause.
We are seeking website developers to work locally (Chicago, IL) or remotely. Those based in Chicago will work out of the Team KOKO office in Lakeview (Belmont/Clark) with a high- energy and professional staff in a laid- back work environment. Your schedule may be as flexible as needed, however a minimum of 12- 15 hours per week is required. A successful internship with include a minimum of 140 hours total.
Full class credit (if needed) and professional recommendations will be given upon successful completion of the internship. This opportunity offers a unique experience with a high- level, growing nonprofit organization focused on helping those living with severe physical disabilities.
This position may offer compensation to a successful intern on a per- project basis.
Proficiency in coding and web development; website upkeep and management; blog and vlog experience; SEO and analytics. Applicants should be creative and independently driven.
