We are looking for enthusiastic, mature, intelligent, creative and out-going people to assist in our after-school, youth sports, teen, and summer camp programs. You must possess a love of children! Our staff go the extra mile to help our youth develop self-esteem, independence, and responsibility.
ResponsibilitiesESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Assist in scheduling and managing youth, teen, and camp programs.
Assist in the supervision of the participant’s to ensure appropriate development occurs in a fun, healthy and nurturing environment.
Provide guidance to volunteers, parents, and coaches.
Assist with leading activities at special events, programs, and activities.
Assist in development of relationships with community organizations and community outreach.
RequirementsEducation: High school diploma (or equivalent) and working toward degree in a related field.
Must have experience working with youth and teens.
Experience planning, organizing, and implementing youth programs preferred.
Must be willing to work evenings and weekends
Creativity, initiative, flexibility, and eagerness to seek out & involve others are essential.
