DescriptionDrais Pharmaceuticals, Inc. is a privately held drug development company based in Bridgewater, New Jersey. We are focused on early and mid-stage clinical development, through proof of concept; for current pipeline, see Pipeline. The management team consists of highly experienced, seasoned individuals with outstanding track records in the pharmaceutical industry. Prior to forming Drais, the management team founded AkaRx, Inc., successfully guiding their lead compound into Phase 2 proof of concept and negotiating the sale of the company to Eisai, Inc. in 2010.
ResponsibilitiesJob Duties Include:
•Answer incoming phone calls and welcome visitors to the office
•Maintain Master Calendars and phone list for the office
•Make reservations, arrange private dinners, create itineraries
•Order office supplies
•General typing and filing
•Shipping and distribution of mail
•Other duties as assigned
•Intermediate to advanced MSOffice skills required
•Excellent customer service and telephone skills
•Knowledge of general administrative protocols
•Exceptional attention to detail a must
•Able to use good judgement
•Willingness to support and work in a team and exhibit a can-do attitude
•Ability to serve multiple co-workers and leaders simultaneously
•Ability to remain positive and focused under pressure
•Ability to read, speak and write English fluently and articulately; use correct grammar
•Minimum of two years of college or business school required
•1+ years of administrative assistant experience in a professional services environment
•Experience prioritizing and performing multiple duties
