DescriptionUndergraduate Internship Program
As a participant in our summer internship program, you’ll work on meaningful and exciting projects during your summer break to gain the hands-on experience you need to prepare for a career in the Fortune 500. You’ll interact with other Cardinal Health professionals, business partners, customers and vendors, making meaningful contributions to real-world projects from day one. You’ll participate in a formalized program, increasing your knowledge of Cardinal Health and the healthcare industry. You’ll even develop essential leadership skills. Upon successful completion of the program, you will be given the opportunity to explore different career paths and interview for full-time roles.
ResponsibilitiesThe MBA Internship Program is an intensive 10-12 week opportunity that provides work within a fast-paced and challenging environment. MBA interns contribute to meaningful projects, interacting and working side by side with industry experts. Our internship program also provides a robust speaker series, which allows interns to hear from top executives throughout the summer. Our company relies heavily on our internship talent pool to fill full-time positions. As an intern with Cardinal Health, you will have the opportunity to interact with other interns and participate in tours, executive speaker series, and presentations that will increase your knowledge of Cardinal Health as well as develop your leadership skills.

Recommended GPA of 3.0 or above on a 4.0 scale
Relevant coursework and/or projects
Previous internship experience preferred, but not required
Strong leadership, communication and analytical skills
Established work ethic and ambition
Extensive community service and/or extracurricular activities

Must be authorized to work in the United States; Cardinal Health will not sponsor students for work visas or other employment authorization
Note: If you are offered a position and you accept that position, the offer is contingent upon the satisfactory completion of a drug test, completion of a background investigation, and demonstrated evidence that you are eligible to work for any employer in the United States.
All applications will be reviewed and the most qualified candidates will be contacted for an interview. In order to be considered, students must apply for the Summer Internship Program.
