Description

Fashion and advertising photography studio (http://manizarrin.com/) (New York City) is looking for a studio/office Intern on a part time to full time basis. We're looking for a competent, tech-savvy, well spoken, enthusiastic, and motivated individual to help us with our day to day tasks.

Requirements:
BA/BFA (preferred/not required)
Photoshop
Bridge
Capture One
On-set knowledge
Grip
Power-Packs(Dyna-lite) (Broncolor)
Canon

Internship starts unpaid although it is possible to work your way up to paid assisting gigs.
Travel stipend is negotiable.

Responsibilities

Here are some things you can expect to be tasked with:

Posting to social media (instagram/facebook)
Creating call sheets for photo shoots using Excel
Creating mood boards/treatments using Adobe Illustrator
Organizing and keep the office and studio clean
Assisting on photo shoots
Running errands

Requirements

You must be very comfortable with all of the following:

Speaking on the phone with clients
Mac OSX
Adobe Photoshop (basics)
Adobe Bridge (creating PDFs, reviewing, selecting, and marking images)
Adobe Illustrator (basics)
Google Calendar
Excel
Word

The following skills are a plus:

Photography
Web design
Digital printing
Graphic design
Digital capture (Capture One)
On-set knowledge
Grip
Power-Packs
Canon
