Located just outside of Newtown, PA, Wrightstown Health and Fitness is the area's premier wellness center. We utilize a blend of services such as exercise, fitness therapy, chiropractic care, massage therapy, nutritional expertise, and acupuncture. This internship position will involve working on the gym floor with other personal trainers and their clients. Interns should have education in exercise science, sport studies, sport management or related area(s). Interns will work closely with trainers, chiropractors, massage therapists, acupunturists and nutritionists on site.
Interns may also handle organizational tasks such as recording base line information on clients, creating cardio workouts, helping clients with rehabilitation.

Tasks might include- shadowing trainers, researching injuries, spotting clients with weight exercises, correcting clients on biomechanics, working with trainers and therapists on healing modalities, communicating with other therapists on premises to coordinate client care, assisting front desk with organizational tasks when necessary.


Interns must be flexible and be willing to be self-starters. Positive energy and good attitude are necessary to work closely with people all day long. Interns should have education in exercise science or some sort of sport studies.
