DescriptionWant to break into politics? Get to know the names and faces of Orange County’s leading Democrats and help us support Democrats around the country by interning with the Democratic Party of Orange County. The DPOC is currently seeking responsible and capable individuals who are interested in learning first-hand about politics.
The DPOC is involved in campaigns at the local, legislative and state-wide level. This internship is ideal for college students or recent graduates who are interested in becoming involved in Democratic politics. The internship will be based at the DPOC Headquarter in Orange.
Interns are vital to our operation. Historically, the more an intern puts into the experience, the more they get out of the experience. High-level work and willingness to learn is a must.
All interns will perform standard office duties and are expected to assist in whatever areas are needed to help the team. Your internship will teach you skills in:
-Communications and Press
-Political and Field Organizing
-Fundraising and Event Planning
Offices are located in Orange. Hours are currently Monday – Friday from 10am – 6pm.
Please submit a cover letter and resume to Jackson Frost at email@example.com.
