DescriptionAugust Wolf, Republican candidate for U.S. Senate, is opening up full-time and part-time internship positions in his Stamford headquarters to high-energy and passionate individuals who are eager to learn about Republican politics and campaigning. This is a unique opportunity, particularly for students who are interested in college credit. This internship will provide valuable opportunities to interact with elected officials and political figures and develop political, communication, and campaign skills.
Applicants should have a strong commitment to conservative principles and a keen interest in politics and campaigns.
Duties may include:
• Staffing events
• Monitoring social media and traditional news outlets
• Political tasks and research
• Working with Excel spreadsheets / data entry
• Answering phones / emails
• Document preparation
• Field work
• Providing support to all staff
What the intern will receive from the program:
• Valuable contacts with Party Leadership, District Offices, and Campaigns
• Leadership and organizational skills
• Technical skills applicable to future campaign work
