This remote fellowship will work with the Political Action committee's board to develop and implement the organization's political, fundraising, and media goals. This is a wonderful opportunity to gain political experience while setting your own hours and managing your own schedule. This program should take roughly 5 hours a week.
About the Irish American Democrats:
IAD works with the White House, current members of the Senate and U.S. House of Representatives, in support of continued U.S. involvement in the Irish peace process. IAD also supports challengers who display an active interest in Irish issues.
Irish American Democrats was founded in 1996 to support the re-election of President Clinton who had made Peace in Ireland a priority during his first term in office. Since then, the political action committee has raised funds to support candidates who take an active interest in Irish Issues, and promote prosperity both here in the U.S. and in Ireland.
