DescriptionWe are currently accepting applications for a six-week, unpaid Fellowship from motivated individuals looking to gain valuable experience in the political field. Upon completion of the Fellowship, participants will have acquired some of the necessary skills and primary knowledge essential to any campaign, and also will be well-prepared for a potentially larger role in this election cycle. They will play a crucial role in our path to victory. We will be training and equipping grassroots leaders with the skills needed to work in a professional, competitive environment.
If you are someone who has always wanted to take a more active role in our electoral process, become a leader in our Party, and make a difference for the future of our country, then this internship is the right program for you. Participation in the Fellowship is flexible and structured around two separate tracks: full-time fellows (30 or more hours a week) will focus on key aspects of organizing community events, expanding networks of communication, and building/maintaining the solid infrastructure any successful campaign will thrive on. Part-time associate fellows (15 or more hours) will lead voter contact efforts and assist with some of the aforementioned responsibilities. Regardless of the type of fellowship, participants will learn and develop organizational and communication skills that are applicable to whatever their ultimate career path may be
This Fellowship provides individuals with the opportunity to get more involved in the political process, become leaders in their community and help effect positive change for our country. This experience will empower individuals with the leadership skills to do great work in the future, whether they remain in politics or pursue another field. Fellows and Associates are arranged into teams to work collectively to meet organizing goals. Each team will have a Lead Fellow, and every team member will have a unique role.
