The corporate Recruiter is responsible for creating and executing on all phases of multi-faceted recruitment plans delivering high quality staffing services in a cost and time effective manner. While accountable for maintaining a detailed understanding of both the organizational, business and market place dynamics, they serve as consulting partner to hiring leaders in developing workforce plans, sourcing strategies, optimizing the hiring process and improving the selection strategy and outcomes.
The Recruiter develops and implements innovative recruiting strategies that achieve strategic hiring objectives to include: partnering with hiring leader to ensure accurate and effective job posting details are outlined; sourcing candidates from multiple venues; conducting initial screening; coordinating interview scheduling; conducting interviews; follow-up communication with leaders and candidates; extending offers; managing the prescreening process of background checks; and, facilitating new employee orientation. As key owners in the client and candidate relationships, they are responsible for accurate, consistent and timely communication on the recruitment process and experience, as well as setting and managing expectations of delivery. While ensuring our staffing initiatives are consistent with our overall business direction, the Recruiter is accountable for their practices and documentation being compliant with legal, regulatory and company standards (EEO, ADA, FLSA, OFCCP, etc.) and understanding the impact on the interviewing and selection process.
* 3+ years experience in full lifecycle recruiting on a national, multi-location level required * Web-based applicant tracking systems (BrassRing preferred) and MS Office is required * Recruiting in a corporate environment with healthcare is desired * Demonstrable experience with: * Owning and delivering full-cycle recruitment services within client expectations with fluency in interviewing techniques as well as knowledge of HR regulations and employment law * Experienced in a work environment that demands sense of immediacy, ability to flex competing priorities and adapt to diverse requisition load * Relationship building, negotiation, time management, communication and problem solving skills * Aptitude and agility to learn organization, positioning the company and candidates for optimal alignment * Proficient and impactful written and oral communication skills that affect and influence individuals at all levels within the organization while fostering a spirit of collaboration * Ability to maintain absolute confidentiality in all business matters required * Successful characteristics and practices include: self-motivated and goal oriented; highly responsive; detailed and organized; able to take initiative and adapt to change; and, work successfully both independently and as a team member * A wide degree of creativity, recruiting vision, business understanding, personal organization and autonomy is required.
Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent work experience required. High School Diploma or GED required. PHR/SPHR certification is desired.
