The LDP is nationally recognized as one of the best rotational leadership programs for students finishing their graduate degrees. Foundational knowledge
Through diverse work experiences, you’ll increase your overall knowledge of our business. Your assignments will be based on your key strengths, unique background and areas of interest - from providing solutions to our customers, to leading developmental efforts for new technology.

Adaptive development
Through executive assessments, leadership development training and national conferences, you’ll have the chance to become a well-connected leader. Your training will focus on enhancing your unique strengths to support the positive impact you make on our business.

Mentorship and networking
Ready to join the strongest talent network within AT&T? Along with 35 other MBAs, you’ll advance your career and build friendships that truly last. With a focus on relationships, we’ll also help you expand your network through mentoring circles and executive one-on-one matches.

To qualify, you must have an MBA or Master’s degree and be:

· Passionate about how technology enhances people’s lives
· Able to lead people and collaborate on complex challenges
· Experienced in prior supervisory roles (this is a plus)
· Willing to work wherever AT&T operates (locations include Atlanta, Chicago, Dallas, San Ramon and New Jersey)
