DescriptionRecent Accounting or Finance Graduate with experience in the real estate or investment industry? Our client is looking for an Accounting Analyst and Fund of Fund Analyst with 1-4 years experience to assist in the accounting and reporting process.
-Prepare quarterly reports
-Prepare monthly and/or quarterly custodial reconciliations
-Manage daily cash activity including recording and preparation of certifications
-Initiate wires on a daily basis, as required, including recording of capital calls/distributions, preparation of certifications, receiving Portfolio Manager approval, initiating wire transfers, and documenting confirmations
-Maintain and validate capital account balances
-Produce limited partner capital account statements
-Maintain client files
-As needed, work with outside accountants to help assist the audit process, compliance and tax reports
