A Beaverton based company is looking for an Accounting Specialist for a long term opportunity. This role will be split between Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable responsibilities. For Accounts Payable job duties will include; Entering invoices, coding them, matching to purchase orders, entering new account information, and filing invoices. For Accounts Receivable job duties will include; posting payments to customer accounts, applying payments, applying short payments, preparing credit memos, getting appropriate approvals, and account reconciliations on AR. There will be additional ad hoc projects on a regular basis as well.
We are looking for someone that has experience working for a mid-sized, fast paced company, and has the ability to multi-task and adapt to an ever changing environment.
- 2+ years experience in full-cycle Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable
- Experience using an ERP system (MAS 90, ACCPAC, GP Dynamics, etc.)
- Have a strong work ethic, takes initiative, and works well in a team environment
