DescriptionA growing hi-tech company in the South Bay is seeking a bilingual one bilingual in Japanese and English with a minimum of two years of experience working in an administrative and accounting capacity.
Duties may include, but not limited to, providing general administrative support and coordination for:
i.Processing Sales Invoices and recording as inventory
ii.Issuing Purchase Orders according to order requests
iii.Creating payment vouchers
Accounting and Finance Department:
i.Various phases of Internal and External audits
ii.Financial document and presentation preparations
iii.Conducting Searches, Generating reports, Maintaining Files
i.Coordinating preparations for Board and Quarterly Meetings
ii.Providing backup to Administration Manager, as needed
iii.Office supply management, facilities requests, mass mailings, etc.
iv.Proofreading, editing and as required, preparing final drafts of various documents generated by Branch Managers in other locations
