DescriptionA Midtown based company is currently seeking an entry level Administrative Assistant with 2+ years of experience to help support current administrative staff. Responsibilities will include but not limited to making travel arrangements, setting up meetings, calendar management, handle all incoming calls and transfer to proper personnel, take messages, filing, faxing, receive and distribute mail/packages, as well as other general office duties.
