A downtown government agency is seeking an Administrative Assistant to help out in the companies library. The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for managing periodicals, both physical and electronic, update records for incoming books, producing usage reports and other general administrative duties as assigned. The ideal candidate will have experience managing subscriptions, booking conference rooms, assisting at the front desk and with other general administrative duties.
