DescriptionA leading publishing company has recently opened an office in Pasadena, and they are looking for a temporary Administrative Assistant with strong customer service skills. The administrative assistant will be working very closely with the sales team. This individual will be responsible for providing clerical support to the sales team, answering a high volume of phone calls, making outbound phone calls to prospective clients to figure out who their yearbook provider is and to get their email address.
The ideal Inside Administrative Assistant would have 2+ years of administrative experience supporting 5 or more people. This person would have excellent interpersonal communication skills and understand customer satisfaction principles to earn business. This person should be comfortable making and receiving phone calls and operating in a fast-paced environment. This Administrative Assistant would also have intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
