JOB TITLE: Marketing Coordinator / Admin Assistant
LOCATION:  Raynham, MA
DEPARTMENT: Marketing/Communications
LENGTH OF ASSIGNMENT: One Year (possibility of extension to two)
PAY RATE: $21.00 per hour
FULL TIME: 40 hours per week during normal business hours

As the Marketing Coordinator / Admin Assistant you be supporting the three WW Directors and report to the WW Director of Marketing Communications.
You will also:
- Manage all aspects associated with scheduling and planning meetings, including the management of all related logistics, domestic and international travel arrangements, outside company visits, extensive presentations and meeting agendas.
- Responsible for the preparation of expense reports, the processing of invoices/purchase orders through the accounts payable systems, calendar maintenance and filing systems.

To qualify for this opportunity, the following are REQUIRED:
- Minimum of a high school diploma, candidates who possess a college degree are preferred.
- 5 years of excellent administrative experience, experience in an executive environment is required. 
- Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.  Internet/Digital Marketing skills are required along with File sharing programs etc. 
- Very strong organizational skills, exemplary customer service skills, ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously, and the ability to work with minimal supervision. 
- Must be a team player with a record of proactively taking initiative as appropriate. 
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required to properly draft memoranda, correspondence and presentations.
