This position is one that requires a person who is detailed and preferably has some paralegal experience/paralegal training. The individual would be working for me as my assistant on a part time basis with flex hours, sometimes having the option to work from home. The duties of this position are varied and aligned with the general duties of an administrative assistant and this motivated individual must have good computer skills, strong communications skills and excellent writing skills.
working with the president of the company as his assistant, making contact with clients and other individuals in regards to appointments, clarifying and resolving issues, making initial contact with clients/setting appointments, writing letters/communications, general adminstration duties as requested
good computer, communication and writing skills, preferably some experience reading and interpreting simple legal documents, self-motivated, open to working flex hours and motivated to work from home at times,
