Job Type:Full Time Position Summary:
The Analyst works within the Enterprise Analytics team and is responsible for:
Investigating and resolving customer inquires and issues related to Retiree Drug Subsidy and Medicare Part D reporting.

The Analyst is also responsible for supporting the enhancement of our existing reporting and modeling tools, and supporting the design and implementation of programs, reports, and analysis to improve customer satisfaction.

The Analyst will assist with the development of process improvement and documentation to meet the needs of internal/external customers and ensure the Retiree Drug Subsidy and Medicare Part D reports are running as efficiently and accurately as possible. Required Qualifications:
Strong analytics/reporting and technical skills. Ability to research questions and troubleshoot problems. Understanding of data structures and methodologies. Strong customer service, communication, and documentation skills a must. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Access. Data warehousing knowledge or understanding Ability to multi-task and work in a fast paced environment Preferred Qualifications:
SQL / Other Programming Language. Relational database knowledge Education:
Bachelors degree required in business, technical or related field. Experience with healthcare data and environments desired. 3-5 years experience in analytics in a corporate environment Business Overview:
