The Pharmacy Technology Strategy and Operations group is responsible for the electronic prescribing (e-prescribing) and automation technology for the CVS chain of over 7500+ stores. The candidate selected for the Pharmacy Technology Strategy and Operations Analyst position will be a leading contributor in the development and production of complex analytics and reporting suites that will guide how CVS’ leaders evaluate and adopt cutting edge technologies across the retail pharmacy. Critical to success in this role is keen business judgment coupled with the ability to drive key insights from data in senior facing presentations. The Analyst will own the end-to-end development of financial models (ROI) for new technologies and provide updates on financial trends to Senior Management. The Analyst will also work with Field Management to drive results across CVS Retail Pharmacies and to assist with the day-to-day support of the Pharmacy Teams and Prescribers who utilize pharmacy technologies. The individual must be able to independently interact with Senior Management and Field Management and convey complex concepts in a concise and simplified manner. Required Qualifications:
The candidate must have strong analytical skills, strong communication skills, experience developing financial models and exposure to statistical analysis. In addition, the candidate must be able to independently interact with and influence senior stakeholders and must demonstrate a consistent track record of delivering results. Preferred Qualifications:
A minimum of 2 to 3 years of work experience in a related field is required. Experience related to healthcare, pharmacy, or more broadly to operations management and data driven decision making is a plus. Experience working in a consulting environment or presenting to senior leadership is highly desired. Experience developing financial models with exposure to statistical analysis. Ability to communicate effectively in a manner that is clear, logical and consistent. Excellent interpersonal skills, including the ability to interact and influence at all levels. Highest level of attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while adjusting priorities as needed to meet deadlines. Education:
Bachelor’s Degree. Masters degree a plus. Business Overview:
