Job Type:Full Time Position Summary:
The e-business Analyst will focus on the digital analytics requirements, implementation and testing in order to meet business goals for an enterprise website with 35M annual visits used by 3.5M customers
1. Represent metrics and analytics team in project workstreams, responsible for development of metrics and tagging strategy and requirements for all projects with a metrics component. Responsible for creation of tagging specification documents and test cases for all projects with analytics requirements. Point of contact and responsible for performing UAT testing, post-production data verification and early change analysis for all projects with analytics requirements. Properties under responsibility include portal, mobile, microsites, landing pages. Act a technical liaison to ensure business implementation and analytics goals are met.
2. Responsible for metrics and analytics and voice of the customer tool management and administration, including: profile management, scheduled reports, user account maintenance. Also includes management and upates of Opinion Lab alerts, monitors, comment cards and intelligent support rules.
3. Responsible for new report building and scheduling. Support regular maintenance of standard reporting, including channel reports, business unit reports, client specific reports, monthly capacity planning, opinion lab, etc. Support report creation and analysis on an ad hoc basis. Ensure meaningful data is pulled based on requesters needs and that analysis is performed to provide insights to meet requestor’s goals. Look for new trends in data, member behavior and make recommendations for deeper analysis or site changes. Required Qualifications:
