Joel Fitzpatrick Design is a multidisciplinary design firm headed by the visionary designer and entrepreneur Joel Fitzpatrick, who has designed clothing, lighting, homes, and owned retail stores in both New York and Los Angeles. Currently, Joel is heading up several interior design and real estate projects, as well as a product line, JDF Home Collection.

We are seeking interns with architecture, interior design, and graphic design experience to work with us on various projects in NYC. There is an opportunity for future employment based on performance.

Joel Fitzpatrick Design is an exciting and unique non-office like environment offering the opportunity of multi-faceted hands-on experience and an opportunity to design from concept to completion.

Responsibilities:

Responsibilities may include any or all of the following: drafting, 3d renderings, job site visits, researching materials, furniture, real estate, and many more hands-on projects.

Requirements:

Good communication skills, proficiency in AutoCAD, Rhino, Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
